Decide what your “gift” will be..a FREE entree works best (you set the dollar limit to offset food costs) We find that a FREE entree is seen as a true “gift”, whereas free desserts and or drinks are viewed as “coupon” offers and do not work. The “gift” offer is printed on your customized cards and stored at our facility. When the completed sign-up cards are received from you, we send out your customized “Welcome to the Club” cards. We then send out “Happy Birthday” cards a few weeks before their birthday, and “Happy ½ Birthday” cards six months after their birthday. This triples your potential for having the cards redeemed! We have restrictions in place to help you control your upside costs. Maximum price limit. Holiday exclusions. Not combinable with any other offer. Not valid for take out orders and limit of one card per table. You can also add a time limit for the offer. We use our state of the art software to catch any duplicate entries, if someone moves, our software will let us know, and we will remove them from your database. You can then have your database available to do other promotions if you choose to.
